**We require a deposit to secure your custom order**
Since we harvest seasonally, we operate on a waitlist but don't let that discourage you. We can usually fill orders within one season. We ask for deposits one year out, but they are refundable up to 1 month before processing. After that they are non-refundable. At deposit time, you will receive an email link to pay your deposit online or mail us a check. We use Potts Family Meats processing in Jefferson, GA.
